DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We are based in the United States, but ship worldwide. Please note that we expect our customers to fully comply with all of their local laws and restrictions before ordering any of our products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions (orders@hammersurvival.com)
- Please note: Certain items and specialized orders are exempted.
- All items should be returned in 'As new' condition, including all original packaging. Items that are 'used' will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We process all refunds within 5 business days.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS
We offer two levels of service for most of our products:
- Free Economy Shipping (Free) - Orders will take anywhere between 3-4 weeks to arrive.
- Standard Shipping - Varies depending on your location. (Usually $5.95 - $10.95). Orders will arrive in ~14-21 days.
- If your order fails to arrive within the expected delivery window please contact our customer services (orders@hammersurvival.com) for an update. We guarantee a response within 24 hours.
DO YOU ACCEPT CRYPTOCURRENCY
We accept all major cryptocurrencies! Please complete your order as normal and use promo code CRYPTO at checkout. Once you have received your order confirmation email, contact us at orders@hammersurvival.com for information on how to make payment.
